New Solutions at Cosmopack 2023
Among the innovations that Marchesini Group Beauty will bring to Bologna on the occasion of Cosmopack 2023, there will be various solutions produced by Axomatic, a company that joined the Group in 2019, which designs and builds processing and filling machines.
From 16 to 18 March, visitors will be able to visit stand A/9PK, hall 19K and discover the new Axoblock 100 a filling and capping machine, a smaller version of the Axoblock 160. The strong points of Axoblock 100, designed to process both stable and unstable bottles containing dense, semi-dense and liquid products, include an energy-saving new-generation main drive motor, filling and capping systems, adjustable directly from the control pane, driven by servomotors and provision to connect all devices online, in accordance with Industry 4.0.
Also on show, a new model of turboemulsifier: Axoblade. This machine has been specially designed to produce stable emulsions, creams, gels, balms, lotions and make-up with extremely small particles. It is equipped with an "ALL IN ONE" mixing system, characterized by a fast homogenizer by blades with a speed from 300 up to 3000 RPM, and anchor for slow mixing with speed from 5 up to 15 RPM.
Customers will also be able to take a closer look at an AXOBLOCK 160 filling and capping machine and an AXO 1000 tube filling machine in line with an horizontal motion cartoning machine, produced by the V2 engineering brand. In this edition as well there will be a beauty laboratory, created ad hoc on the stand to show the wide range of solutions available for testing and lab activities.
Among the machines inside the cosmetic lab, there will also be the Axomatic models: AXO 20 plastic tube sealing machine, AXO 30 plastic tube sealing machine with hot air system, AXO 10 metal tube sealing machine and an AXOMIX 50, turboemulsifier to produce stable emulsions, creams, milks, gels, balms, lotions and toothpastes all with extremely small particles. There will also be Dumek-branded solutions including the semi-automatic filling machine and the three Cosmatic machines for make-up control: Drop Test, Tap Tap Test and Demoulding Unit.
