Solutions for cosmetic packaging

We package tubes of all sizes and materials, from plastic, polyfoil, laminate or metal tubes to biodegradable versions made from recycled wood or plastic, satisfying the increasing need for sustainability also incumbent on the world of cosmetic packaging.

Our machines handle all the main types of jar used by the cosmetic industry: from glass or plastic jars with symmetrical shapes, to large-diameter jars and/or those with unusual shapes, complete with undercaps, tamper-evident or heat-sealed discs, either from reel or pre-cut.

We also package products such as lip gloss and mascara, with or without automatic insertion of a wiper and a steel ball inside the container. We guarantee maximum safety in the handling of products that contain potentially hazardous solvents, in compliance with standards in force in your country.

Technologies available for handling lipstick range from processing technologies to those for secondary packaging: from labelling, cartoning and shrink-wrapping to packing cartons onto pallets.

We handle sachets containing a wide variety of solid, liquid, powder, granular, cream and gel products. Stand-alone machines and complete lines meet the needs of all the main industries: pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and chemical sectors.

We package bottles of every shape – oval, square, round and rectangular – in different materials ranging from plastic to glass, and of all sizes, from small to larger-sized bottles. Capping systems range from press-on to screw caps.

We also handle products like soap, both wrapped and loose. We can package individual or multiple soaps in cartons, also handling the subsequent steps of wrapping and palletisation.

We produce complete lines – from product filling and capping through to palletisation – for packaging boxes with hair colour kits containing plastic bottles, containers with gloves, sachets and tubes with different types of cream.
