Marchesini Group will be at FachPack 2022

Marchesini Group will be exhibiting at FachPack 2022, the European packaging industry show to be held in Nuremberg from 27 to 29 September. For this occasion, the Group will show the latest solutions developed for the cosmetics industry, a growing sector which has accounted for an increasing proportion of the Group’s consolidated sales in the last few years, rising to 44 million Euros in 2021. 

On show at the event (Hall 2, stand 2-313) will be an Axo 1000 tube filling machine for automatic filling and closing of regularly and irregularly shaped plastic, laminate and aluminium tubes. This solution is produced by Axomatic, the Group brand specialised in process and filling machines. Together with the Cosmatic, Dumek, Vibrotech and V2 Engineering brands, it constitutes the vast offering of the Marchesini Group’s beauty division, which is able to cover the entire production cycle of a cosmetic product, from process to end of line.

The Group will also be presenting its new models for packaging products in eco-friendly materials, including machines for cartoning products in paper trays, thermoforming and blister packaging machines for producing blisters and trays with compostable materials such as PLA or R-PET, or stickpack lines which utilise 100% recyclable plastic monomaterials. These machines reflect the Group’s ongoing commitment to expanding the range of solutions which use sustainable packaging materials, and form part of the broader new “be” project on environmental, social and economic sustainability.
