The best Axomatic solutions on show at Cosmopack 2022
The Marchesini Group Beauty technologies on show at Cosmopack 2022 will include various solutions bearing the brand of Axomatic, the company that designs and builds process and filling machines, which joined the Group in 2019 and is located in the heart of the Lombardy cosmetics district.
Stand A/9PK, hall 19PK at the Bologna exhibition centre will show a line for packaging cosmetics in tubes, comprising an Axo 800: tube filling machine for filling and sealing plastic tubes with hot air system, in line with an alternating motion horizontal cartoner, produced by the V2 engineering brand.
Also on show will be another Axomatic brand machine: Axoblock 160, an alternating motion automatic filling and capping machine for liquid or creamy products, with conveyor belt for stable and unstable cylindrical, oval or square bottles, able to apply various types of cap. Apart from its high-speed size change, this solution is also incredibly versatile: with output of up to 40 pieces a minute, the machine can handle bottles with diameters from 15 to 100 mm, while its filling capacity ranges from 10 ml to 1 l.
The Axomatic solutions exhibited at the Cosmopack 2022 show also include two undervacuum homogenizers, one of 50 litres and the other of 150 litres, for producing creams and emulsions, as well as a melter with mixing anchor, used for preparation of the oil phase. The Group laboratory purpose-built on the stand to illustrate the vast range of solutions available for testing and lab activities will also feature an AXO 20 plastic tube sealing machine, an AXO 30 plastic tube sealing machine with hot air system and an AXO 10 metal tube sealing machine.
Finally, the Axomatic brand will be a major participant in the “Cosmo Factory”, an experimental laboratory for production of the Six4All product, created in hall 19PK at the exhibition. As well as a turbo-emulsifier designed by Dumek, the machines on display will include an AXO 1000 tube filling machine designed by Axomatic to fill and close aluminium tubes, able to package up to 85 pieces a minute.
