LINEAR FILLING

Linear filling machines are usually chosen for their ease of use, fast changeover and quick access to all of the parts.

The RL/FM is equipped with magnetic fl ow meter technology (Volumetric Measuring) fillers. Volumetric flow meters are suitable to handle all products having a minimum level of electrical conductivity of 5 μS/cm (microSiemens per centimeter). Optional mass flow meter technology (Mass Measuring/Mass Dosers) fillers are available.

Mass fl owmeters are particularly suitable when handling liquid products without electrical conductivity, such as oils, lotions creams etc.

The machine can be supplied in food grade, ATEX and corrosion proof.
